This role sits within a fast paced HR & Recruitment team for a Tier 1 construction company. In this role, you will support the HR and recruitment functions, while providing proactive ongoing engagement of employees and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring a position description is available for every new position;
  • Developing interview guides reflective of competencies required for each role advertised;
  • Ensuring compliance requirements are undertaken;
  • Candidate management through the recruitment process;
  • Generating employment letters;
  • Developing strategies to engage talent pipelines; and
  • Ensure the employee on-boarding experience and induction are coordinated.

Skills & Experience
  • HR Degree or relevant experience;
  • Demonstrated capacity to recruit multiple roles in a fast-paced environment, 45 roles or more;
  • Previous experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment; and
  • Sound planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

This role is for an immediate start and is a 6 to 8 week opportunity.
