The role


We are growing and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Brisbane team. It's a well-used phrase but our people are our business. Attracting the best talent in the market place is a critical part of us being able to support our clients and continue to grow our practise. 

The role will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process and will form an integral part of our growing leadership team. The responsibilities will include;

  • Sourcing and talent pooling candidates;
  • Maintaining positive and proactive relationships with prospective employees;
  • Helping position the brand and our employee proposition effectively;
  • Working with the hiring managers to co-ordinate interviews and reference checks 
  • Supporting the new employee onboarding and induction process

What will be important in the role:

  • Most importantly we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys picking up the phone and talking to people to help find their next opportunity - this is #1
  • Ideally someone with prior Internal recruitment or agency recruitment experience in the IT sector
  • Experience in working with and maximising contemporary recruitment platforms, Seek, LinkedIN, CRM systems
  • Comfortable with the very fast paced nature of the IT sector and gets a kick from that and is comfortable to operate at pace and with often changing priorities
  • Someone who can be innovative and in a tight market, come up with some innovative or non-traditional means to attract new people.
