Job Description

The purpose of the People Solutions Coordinator role is to provide a world class people experience to Nine employees and people leaders through effective administration and coordination of key processes across the employee lifecycle.

This is achieved by establishing our people’s requirements and delivering consistent, personalised and tailored support according to our agreed service delivery with a key focus on our customer: our people at Nine.

  • Create and facilitate all new starter, internal staff movement contracts and documentation, responding to queries ensuring quality and timely delivery within agreed service levels
  • Manage end to end visa sponsorship and monitor governance to ensure compliance with immigration legislation and policy
  • Support the administration of People & Culture initiatives and programs such as People Experience initiatives, as well as ad-hoc administration support to ensure agreed service levels are met
  • Manage and support people leaders and the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related systems and processes
  • Support the ongoing optimisation of People Solutions systems and processes of work, e.g. continuous improvement and a commitment to always enhance customer service

  • Demonstrated success in customer service
  • Prior experience in an administrative role and/or customer service role
  • The confidence and ability to create and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • An energetic, creative contributor with pragmatic problem-solving skills
  • A strong focus on continuous improvement and optimisation
  • Resilient and able to work in a high paced, high pressure environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to adhere to defined SLAs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


  • Tertiary qualification(s) in Human Resources
