About the role:

Based at our National Support Office this opportunity plays a pivotal role in supporting the business through a period of growth. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead this role will provide recruitment advice, coach leaders, and identify innovative solutions to attract talent. You will partner with the Data and Analytics team across Australia and New Zealand Bunnings to provide end-to-end recruitment support.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner - Data and Analytics you can expect to:
  • Navigate end-to-end recruitment within the Bunnings Store Support Centre for internal and external vacancies
  • Prepare & draft job advertisements, review & shortlist resumes, telephone screening & interviewing, coordinating & conducting interviews & reference checks
  • Build strong relationships with leaders & hiring managers across all levels of the organisation and provide coaching and expert advice on the recruitment process & strategy when required
  • Liaise with hiring managers & leaders on vacancy requirements prior to sourcing
  • Source candidates using a variety of platforms such as Seek, LinkedIn & Workplace

  • Track candidate progress effectively and ensure communication is made within a reasonable timeframe
  • Provide ongoing clear communication and status updates to leaders and hiring managers
  • Ad-hoc administration duties such as job offer letter generation and filing when required.

You'll need:
  • Strong Data and analytics recruitment experience within the Melbourne market
  • Proven ability to recruit and build talent pool roles that sit within Data and Analytics team
  • Confident self-starter with well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills - both written & verbal to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders of all levels of the organisation
  • High level attention to detail with a hands-on approach and willingness to assist others
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business priorities
  • Hold a strong passion for recruitment and act as an ambassador to the Bunnings brand
  • Knowledge of Workday (desirable) however not essential
