Description

  • Partner with the firm's leadership team to deliver the strategic business plan
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director to develop and implement the People Plan
  • Design and facilitate the delivery of bespoke strategies to drive business performance and employee engagement
  • Champion employee engagement and drive business aligned leadership actions to improve the employee experience
  • Execute the talent, succession and development strategies
  • Coach and influence business stakeholders on effective strategies to manage people issues
  • Develop leadership capability; providing coaching and acting as an advocate for broader leadership development programs
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR policies and practices
  • Roll out core people initiatives and processes including performance management, remuneration reviews, team development and rewards & recognition



Profile

  • Significant and proven HR partnering experience in a professional services environment
  • Experience in developing and delivering coaching and development activities through the employment lifecycle
  • Demonstrated experience in building strong, productive and engaging relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Previous experience leading in a standalone capacity will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated commercial and business acumen in designing and influencing people investment
  • Success in working as part of a high performing team
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or other related discipline

Job Offer

Flexibility to consider 0.6 or 0.7 working week
