The Role

Operating within a small and passionate wellbeing team, and engaging with the entirety of the Northern Health workforce, you will design and implement a range of wellbeing initiatives for our staff.

This is an exciting new role that makes a tangible difference to the wellbeing and psychological safety of all Northern Health staff.

About You
  • Experience working in Wellbeing or Human Resources departments, preferably in healthcare
  • Understanding of best practice wellbeing support within large complex environments and a desire to ensure evidence-based principles are utilise at all times
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Driven to support a wellbeing and safety culture for employees
