Boutique executive search recruitment firm, Niche 212, is looking to hire a professional, ethical and passionate recruiter to join our small team.

Niche 212 is an Australian-owned, highly personalised, boutique executive recruitment firm. We specialise in sourcing the best talent across various sectors including Financial Services, Finance and Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Market Research, PR, Media, Advertising, Professional Services and Technology, and are looking for a search specialist to join our Sydney team!

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Understand client requirements to identify the most suitable candidates to submit
  • Build excellent rapport with candidates and clients at all times
  • Create and post adverts on JobAdder ATS
  • Maximise sales opportunities with current and prospective clients
  • Screen, shortlist and interview candidates
  • Create professional, well-written candidate reports to submit to clients
  • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter to source passive candidates
  • Database Management using JobAdder to track candidates and jobs
  • Building sales pipelines and generating new business
  • Carry out reference checks


Skills:

  • 2+ years agency experience preferred, will consider applicants from internal or HR positions
  • Experience recruiting mid-senior corporate positions in Digital, Sales & Marketing, Financial Services, Technology, Supply Chain etc
  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent phone manner, able to converse with clients and candidates of all levels
  • Advanced headhunting skills Must be experienced with Boolean Searching on LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office suite
