Due to continued organisational growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate P&C Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, and working closely with an established P&C team, you will partner with your business group to achieve strategic and operational objectives, as well as coaching leaders to build capability in relation to People Management.

About the role

You will play an important role in assisting your portfolio in a range of human resource management responsibilities by actively influencing the direction of HR Management practices, processes and policy. Your key responsibilities include,

  • Providing consistent, timely, best practice advice and recommendations spanning the entire employee lifecycle
  • Providing day-to-day coaching of the leaders to develop their working knowledge of people management
  • Supporting the business to manage the people implications of organisational change by providing change management strategies and advice
  • Conducting workplace investigations and making recommendations to ensure compliance is maintained
  • Playing a key role in relation to workforce planning and liaising with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure a pipeline of talent is established
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements and best practice HR processes and initiatives.

About you

You have demonstrated experience within a similar role, with outstanding relationship building, coaching and influencing skills. You will also have a solutions focused approach, and deal with issues and change in a proactive, positive, and dynamic manner. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Business/Psychology OR equivalent experience is essential. Whilst this role is based at our Head Office at Wayville, the role may require you to travel to locations across central Adelaide to meet with internal stakeholders and staff, therefore a valid Driver’s License is essential.
