The IT Nation Program Manager at ConnectWise is responsible for the creation and cultivation of the IT Nation Evolve member experience in the IT Nation community. They will work cross functionally with other IT Nation program owners to ensure that the partner experience is aligned with all IT Nation initiatives and events and will work to ensure that IT Nation experiences strengthen the relationships between partners and solutions partners. They will own the IT Nation Evolve program design and execution, under the direction of the IT Nation Programs Director of Partner Success with the ultimate goal of helping as many members as possible develop both personally and professionally.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the IT Nation Evolve program, focused on driving vital behaviors and improving business performance.
  • Collaborate with content committees to curate and inform content for Evolve programs.
  • Identify, recruit, coach & train and develop facilitators for all IT Nation peer groups.
  • Provide master facilitation and evaluation to all existing IT Nation facilitators.
  • Ensure that we operate a functional tool set to make meetings efficient and of the highest possible quality experience
  • Teach the 4 Plans methodology and encourage all IT Nation partners to develop their plans.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the IT Nation Evolve methodology and adapt/apply that methodology in a way that helps partners grow, both personally and professionally
  • Develop key metrics for the Evolve program, both for internal use and communication to the rest of the IT Nation team and ConnectWise organization
  • Develop group level accountability practices and tracking
  • Utilize knowledge of partners and information gathered and learned during Evolve meetings to provide feedback for future IT Nation Programs
  • Utilize knowledge of partners and the current Booster Program to work with the consulting team to design a new program or close the program
  • Other duties as assigned that relate to the primary role

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations
  • Bachelor’s degree desired, relevant work experience considered
  • 5 years’ experience, preferably ownership or executive leadership, in start-up or small to mid-sized business
  • 5+ years in a management role
