We are looking for a HR Business Partner within Audible’s People & Places team to join on a 12 month fixed term, maternity leave contract. In collaboration with the regional Audible HR leader, the role will support teams based in Australia, Japan, Singapore and India.

ABOUT YOU

With prior experience across a range of HR functions, you will support and guide employees and people leaders on HR topics such as: operations, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent management, wellbeing, culture, as well as Diversity & Inclusion. You must be able to work independently, take a hands-on approach, and interface effectively at all levels. You will need excellent communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the agility to function in a fast changing environment.


As a HR Business Partner, you will..

· Build trust-based relationships with people managers and individual contributors across the APAC region to drive and deliver HR initiatives to support the business needs locally and globally.
· Support employees regarding all Audible Policies and HR processes.
· Regionally own and guide managers through Annual HR programs and initiatives, i.e. onboarding, performance reviews and talent review.
· Formulate and drive a wellbeing agenda across the region.
· In partnership with HR & Recruiting Coordinator, support the New Hire Onboarding proces.
· Work with the local Amazon HR teams as needed (across HR Services, compensation, benefits, payroll etc.
· Partner with local facilities teams to support our office requirements as we work towards a new way of working.
· Guide managers with handling employees relations cases
· Partner with Talent Acquisition on candidate hiring and organisational structure.
· Partner with Learning & Development to determine needs of APAC and rollout and facilitate training programs.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor role.
· Experience navigating a complex global matrix organisation and leveraging center of excellence teams across international locations highly desirable.
· Strong knowledge of current Australian and broader APAC employment legislation and an ability to apply this knowledge to support leaders.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various levels.
· High customer obsession including prompt response to emails/ queries.
· Collaborative, flexible and open in nature.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience working with Workday - CRM
