About The Role

The Endeavour Group Team Services is a newly forming team who will provide accurate and timely support to all Endeavour Group Limited team members and people managers on general HR advice and/or employee relations matters.

As the ER Advisor you will provide support across all the Endeavour Group brands including Dan Murphy’s, BWS, ALH Hotels, Pinnacle Drinks and our wineries, just to name a few!

Reporting to the Head of Team Services, you will also:
  • Deliver day-to-day phone based support and advice on employee relations matters
  • Stay abreast of internal policy and external legislation to ensure the highest quality advice is given
  • Ensure high quality ER advice is given whilst ensuring efficient query management with timely resolution of cases
  • Identify ways to improve the overall service and knowledge across ER matters
  • Utilise HRIS, Call and Case Management tools to optimise advisory processes and reporting


About You

As a key role in our Culture & People team, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Detailed and up to date knowledge of the national employment relations framework
  • Experience interpreting or advising on the Fair Work Act or modern awards
  • Previous experience in ER case management highly regarded
  • Degree in Business, Psychology, HR or an analytical discipline or equivalent experience (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to coach and support line manager and employees
