Our HR team is currently seeking an energetic, innovative and driven leader for the position of Service Lead HR Operations. In this role you will lead a team of HR Business Partners in the delivery of a wide range of people strategies and solutions. The role will be responsible for developing and providing a comprehensive professional human resources service to all Directorates of the City of Stirling in line with the City’s strategic objectives, particularly in relation to Recruitment, Learning and Development, Employee/Industrial Relations and HR Information Systems.

To be considered for this role, you’ll possess the following skills and/or qualifications:

  • Post Graduate qualifications in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations or a related discipline or extensive relevant experience.
  • Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills, together with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex matters
  • Comprehensive understanding of the legislative and industrial framework that applies to human resource management issues.
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships with a range of individuals and facilitate cooperation; guide, coach and develop team members.

This is a permanent full time position with a salary range of $135,000– $145,000 pa plus 9.5% superannuation and fantastic benefits such as:
