Due to rapid growth within the company, we are now seeking multiple recruitment professionals to join our team.

Recruitment Consultant - Mining / Trade
  • Source suitable skilled or trade candidates for vacancies across your nominated division
  • Have a clear understanding of recruitment requirements and working with applicants who have licenses, tickets and trade.
  • Have sound interviewing and Strong administration skills
  • Understand onboarding and mobilisation requirements (FIFO Team)
  • Manage both an active workforce and an available pool of casuals, job ready for immediate starts and throughout their work placement
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with all aspects of the role and interactions with the candidates and clients
  • Maintain and drive high performance safety standards
  • Be accountable for fulfilling vacant jobs, Ability to prioritise workflow on a daily / hourly basis.

Recruitment Administrator
  • Data Entry onto the database of candidate details
  • Ensure all Social media posts are professional, all applicants and comments are responded too.
  • Responsible for ensuring all payroll information for workers are in the payroll system ready for processing weekly.
  • Entering hours for payroll and chasing up missing hours and approvals
  • Conduct weekly compliance audits on placed workers
  • Liaise with contractors, including though not limited to; Job network providers, PPE distributors and medical providers that support the SSC team.
  • Producing professional templated CV's ready to send to clients.
  • Assist with managing Induction program/s, inductions
