WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND BUILD

  • This 12-month contract for a HR Coordinator/Administrator is responsible for providing support to the HR team, as well as supporting day to day HR operational activities and delivery of people services to all internal customers in Australia and New Zealand.
  • The position will also support the Managing Director with EA related activities, which includes;
  • Proactive diary management, including the coordination of internal & external meetings and monitor, prioritise and file correspondence, draft outgoing communication and refer tasks to relevant functions using discretion in relation to confidential information.
  • The role will support the employee lifecycle - talent acquisition/recruitment & induction and assist the HR/Recruitment Business Partner in relation to recruitment activities such as writing ads, shortlisting, phone screening, interviewing, preparing letters of offer, arranging police and medical clearances, conducting reference checks, organising interviews and creating new employee files, along with supporting the on-boarding process and the probationary review process, learning and development and exit interviews.
  • You will assist with initiatives on the Employee Wellbeing Program and with HR Systems, information and reporting.


WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED?

  • An interest in HR and able to contribute creatively to the success of the HR team.
  • Strong administration skills and business support experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines under time pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and a love for organisation! 
  • Advanced computer literacy.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar administration role.
