About the role 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing ASX listed organisation as the HR Advisor. Providing general HR support to the P&C team and to a variety of business stakeholders, you will play a key role within the P&C team. A true generalist role where you will support with policy creation, recruitment/selection, onboarding, offboarding, compensation and benefits, employee relations, engagement and training/induction.

About you

  • Sound knowledge, skills and experience of general HR/P&C practices, systems and methodologies
  • Proven interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects and to work within deadlines
  • Passion for all things people
  • Tertiary qualified in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to proactively solve problems with solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
