HR Manager- Robotics startup 


An opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a successful tech startup in high growth and take ownership of EVERYTHING people in this company.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will have responsibility for managing the overall provision of human resources services, policies and programs for the company.

This will include providing guidance to the business as it continues to internationalise, developing and implementing fit-for-purpose human resource systems, managing a global recruitment strategy, and providing human resources service to the company's global operations.

And most of all ensuring they have a happy and motivated workforce :)

This includes:

· Lead People and Culture function within the business

· Design, deploy and oversee the HR Management System

· Own the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes across the company, including performance reviews; training & career development; knowledge management; compensation etc.

· Develop and coordinate the recruitment strategy.

· Give the managers the tools they need to be effective leaders and get the best out of their teams.

· Manage the HR needs of the team in other geographies, primarily USA & Pakistan. Ensuring the company complies with employment regulations in these countries.

· Assist with obtaining visas and travel coordination as required to support global operations.

· Ensuring that all relevant staff’s training/certification/accreditation is up to date.

· Understand the business objectives and growth goals and develop hiring and retention programs to support this

· Effectively manage employee relations issues

· Design and implement new processes and procedures as required to support scaling and growth

About You:

· 5+ years in HR Leadership role

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

· Passionate about people and building top-class teams

· Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible mindset.

· Must have experience in high growth businesses and scaling teams.

· Proven track record designing and implementing HR systems and processes for medium-sized business.

· Experience working across borders and with remote team leaders.

· Deep understanding of all aspects of the employee lifecycle including talent, employee recruiting, onboarding, performance management, development and coaching

· Motivated self-starter who is just as comfortable formulating high-level HR strategy as rolling up sleeves and dealing with the day-to-day needs of the business.

· Experienced in advising on issues relating to Australian employment law and comfortable sourcing the necessary employment advice/support in other markets.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships through all levels of the company including board, executive team, peers and all of the team
