As we continue to rapidly scale a newly created opportunity has arisen for a customer centric People & Culture Administrator to join our team.

As People & Culture Administrator you will be the ‘go to’ administration support person for the People team. Working closely with the People Ops Associate and People Partners you will own the delivery of accurate employee documentation including employment agreements and variation letters. You will also be the custodian of our vital people data in BambooHR and OfficeVibe, ensuring that it is clear, up-to date and accurate to support data-driven decision making.

How you can have an impact?

  • Use your strong organisation skills coupled with your fine tuned attention to detail to provide exceptional administrative support to the People team. You will think one step ahead to ensure that the team is equipped with accurate data and support needed to deliver an exceptional employee experience
What will I be doing?
  • Generate employment contracts and letters
  • Liaise with the People Ops Associate and Payroll team to ensure the accurate processing of pay each month
  • Maintain and update the People data in our HRIS and other People tools
  • Scheduling onboarding and other training sessions
  • Global mobility support including travel and accommodation booking and general first line support for global candidates
  • General administration support for the People team
  • Support Adhoc tasks as assigned.
What do I need to bring?
  • Demonstrated interest in People
  • Tertiary qualification in HR related field
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to demonstrate SafetyCulture values (Think Customer, Open Honest Always, Better as a Team, Be Bold Bring Action)
