As a Workforce Support Officer you will work closely with your peers and team, to contribute to providing high level HR support to our managers with a particular emphasis on recruitment and selection, on-boarding, contract management, personnel administration (including records management) and the provision of advice on HR related policy, awards and legislation.

Selection Criteria

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in Human Resource functions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of HR management principles, interpretation of industrial awards and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service approach.
  • Demonstrated initiative, accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving ability.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in fast paced high volume team environment..
  • Excellent organisational skills including the ability to priorities and meet deadlines.
