The Role: 

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Human Resources Co-Ordinator will assist with the CEO in the day-to-day management of Munro Partners Human Resource's function. A newly created role, your extensive experience as a Human Resources Manager will champion HR functions, processes and improvements and you will become a trusted senior advisor to our fast growing Funds Management business. 

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Provide HR support and advice to the CEO, CIO and COO and all team members. 
  • Drive the HR process: 
  • Weekly updating and reporting on Munro Compass. 
  • Preparation for mid-year and annual review process, ensure documentation is maintained and retained. 
  • Ensure individual performance targets are reflected in documentation and reported against and communicated to employees. 
  • Assist the Compliance Manager, COO & CEO with coordination of employee training and continuous development. 
  • Drive the company HR strategy, be proactive in following and implementing HR industry developments and changes. 
  • Management of recruitment activities with external agency consultants. 
  • Development and implementation of our employee onboarding function, to ensure optimal experience for all newly employed staff. 
  • Preparation and maintenance of clear and concise Job Descriptions 
  • Act as a mentor to junior staff in training them in HR processes and systems

Skills and Experience: 

  • Advanced MS Office skills, Excel and PowerPoint, are critical 
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with experienced Executives 
  • Previous experience developing HR strategy and processes
  • Proven capability for growth and to perform under pressure
  • Previous experience in Financial Services is looked upon favourably but not essential
