Want to grow your HR career with an amazing team? We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner (10 Month Fixed Term Contract) to support our retail team in Australia. This role will be based in Sydney – CBD.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will be the first point of contact for our retail team and you will need to:

  • Partner and influence key stakeholders, coupled with commercial acumen to propose and deliver people initiatives
  • Provide advice and interpret the award to provide guidance.
  • Coach our People leaders to continue and engage and drive performance.
  • Manage all aspects of recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Support the HR team with headcount and cost planning
  • Work closely with HR operations team and bring operation excellence to our employees

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • 3-5 Years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail industry
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You possess a sense of urgency, strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
  • You are at ease with Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have a positive mindset and passionate to help and make a difference.
