The Role 

The purpose of this role is to partner with the ANZ region delivering best practice HR solutions to the retail population and head office group, partnering with global centres of excellence on all employee lifecycle activities. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be part of the leadership team delivering advice and solutions that support functional strategic objectives. You will be a key partner to senior retail stakeholders and develop initiatives to develop and retain the highest calibre of employees for the business by developing effective succession planning and retention strategies. 

About You

  • An experienced HR practitioner, ideally with retail experience and knowledge of the Retail Award
  • Proven senior business partnering experience, strategic thinking and problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Demonstrated effectiveness at working with a leadership team to design and execute people strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills particularly in conflict resolution and influencing skills, backed up by strong time management and quality output 
  • Ability to persevere through change and ambiguity and communicate with clarity 
  • Have a strong level of self-awareness and resilience and a growth mindset
