Resourcing Advisor

CBGU JV brings together partners CPB Contractors, BAM, Ghella and UGL to deliver the Tunnel, Stations and Development (TSD) package for Brisbane’s Cross River Rail. Cross River Rail is a new 10.2 kilometre rail line from Dutton Park to Bowen Hills, including 5.9 kilometres of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD. CBGU JV will deliver the underground works of the project, including tunnelling, four new underground stations, an over-station development at Albert Street and an above ground retail plaza at Roma Street.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, in this role you will be providing Resourcing support across a multi-disciplined construction environment. We are interested in your previous Staff and Workforce resourcing experience within the Construction environment, high attention to detail, hands on experience with selection through to onboarding, effective stakeholder management skills, and adaptability.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Managing end-to-end Resourcing activities for Staff and Trades/Workforce positions in-line with company/project procedures and best practice
  • Deliver proactive and targeted resourcing activities across a wide range of disciplines
  • Timely and accurate updating of records and systems
  • Reporting
  • Professionally and confidentially engage with all stakeholders
  • Positively influencing outcomes aligned to project objectives

Minimum Requirements For This Role Include The Following
  • Previous internal Recruitment/Resourcing experience providing end-to-end support in the Construction, Engineering or Heavy Industry environment
  • Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proficient with Excel, MS Office applications and Recruitment Management Systems
  • Demonstrated organisational, planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
