    About The Role

    We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Human Resources and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic and fast paced team on a permanent basis. This is a hand on, autonomous role based in our South Guildford office reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, providing Administration and Systems support and integrating as a critical cog in the Human Resources and Mobilisation functionality.

    About You

    You are a dynamic capable team player that is works well within the a team environment and enjoys the agility of working to tasks and you are accountable in all facets of your work output.

    You have experience in either a Human Resources Administration, Site Administration, Systems Administration and or Mobilisation style role/s and possess excellent organisational and time management skills coupled together with a can do attitude and have an eagerness to learn and develop your Human Resources knowledge.

    Your Role Will See You

  • Collect, file and submit required candidate documentation in an efficient and timely manner
  • Assist in due diligence checks including conducting reference checks, booking pre-employment medicals, administration of new starter paperwork and CAPE inductions
  • Coordinate new starter setup including processing of onboarding paperwork, IT set up and PPE distribution/ordering.
  • Mobilise Employees, and assist other site administrators to mobilise personnel to sites.
  • Raise Requisitions and Purchase Orders as required
  • Update Systems with all employee movements including new starters, internal transfers and subcontractor engagement
  • Update and audit Employee and sub contractor records on our systems with tickets, licenses and personal details on a routine and ongoing basis
  • Processing and generating formal letters and associated employment documentation for new and existing employees
  • Maintaining employee information, databases and HR statistical reporting
  • Working on ad hoc tasks and projects as required

  • Required Skills And Experience

  • Experience in a similar role with at least 3-5 years exposure within Construction, Mining or Utilities sectors
  • Certificate IV Human Resources or equivalent (highly desirable) ; or the ability to work towards the certification of.
  • Current WA Drivers license
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks to ensure Employee mobilisation and Company procedural compliancy requirements are met
  • Enjoy change and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • An ability to exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • High Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Effective communication skills – written and oral
