Your Opportunity

We are looking for an HR professional to join our team at Nestle Wahgunyah for a 6-month period during a new project roll-out! As the HR Advisor you will report to the Factory HR Business Partner and work in a team of 4. Key responsibilities will include providing day to day HR advice to line managers, answering employee HR related questions, payroll liaison and trouble shooting, Industrial Relations and liaising with Union representatives and delegates.

Additional responsibilities of the role will include:
Recruitment and selection of factory Operator roles
Monthly reporting of HR related Factory KPI figures
Employee record management in Success Factors
Overseeing the roster database spanning 24/7 shift patterns
Supporting line managers and department heads in HR processes
What will make you successful

To be successful in the role, you’ll be an experienced HR generalist with a minimum of 5 years of experience within HR across the areas of employee relations, rostering & labour planning across varying shift patterns and HR processes from hiring through to retiring. Your experience will ideally be backed by tertiary qualifications in Business or HRM. You will be a confident user of SAP and Kronos or similar HRIS and time-sheeting systems

Equally important will be your exceptional interpersonal skills that will help you develop strong relationships with line managers and staff across the board + great skills in Microsoft Office suite. Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be well regarded but is not essential.
