Full Job Description
atWork Australia is seeking a Learning and Development Officer to take responsibility for the delivery of existing training programs in addition to the creation of learning and development content. This role is highly consultative and supports the development and delivery of effective learning and development. As the Learning & Development Officer, you will be responsible for online content management in the e-learning platform.

Key responsibilities:
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training
Develop new ways to facilitate engagement and use creative content to increase uptake
Monitor L&D inbox and respond in a timely manner
Maintain electronic records and provide regular reports as required
Coordinate and maintain all L&D resources and materials including the LMS
Develop L&D calendar on a yearly basis
Coordinate and work with subject-matter experts to deliver training using various training methods including classroom-based, online and individual coaching

Essential skills and experience:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Learning and Development/training role
Experience delivering and facilitating learning programs to different audiences
Demonstrated business partnering/internal consulting experience across varied stakeholder groups
Instructional design experience in the development of learning materials and documentation
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Articulate 360 would be desirable.

This opportunity is a part-time (22.8hours per week) max term contract until 30 June 2023, with the possibility of extension dependent on DES program extension.
