Your new opportunity

As a Workforce Support Officer you will work closely with your peers and team, to contribute to providing high level HR support to our managers with a particular emphasis on recruitment and selection, on-boarding, contract management, personnel administration (including records management) and the provision of advice on HR related policy, awards and legislation.

Selection Criteria

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in Human Resource functions.
  2. Demonstrated understanding of HR management principles, interpretation of industrial awards and relevant legislative requirements.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service approach.
  4. Demonstrated initiative, accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving ability.
  5. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work autonomously in fast paced high volume team environment..
  7. Excellent organisational skills including the ability to priorities and meet deadlines.
