Excellent opportunity to join a global retail brand for a period of 8-12 weeks.

The Company

This well know retail organisation has been a household name in Australia since mid-2010 and has well over 2000 stores across the globe.

The Role

Reporting into the HR Manager, this is a temporary role for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a great HR team. Some duties and responsibilities will include:

Reviewing information and ensuring all systems are relevant and up to date
Assist with onboarding and induction administration
Assist with offboarding and termination processes
Recruitment Administration
Collating paperwork
Ad hoc tasks as and when required

This is a temporary fulltime position with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

Your Profile

You will need 2 years HR administration/Coordination experience

You will have excellent Administration skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

You will be proficient in MS Office; Excel, Word, Power Point

You will have exposure to Workday

You MUST have HR Admin experience and be very comfortable in using systems

You will have experience in communicating with Internal and External Stakeholders across all levels
