What are we looking for?


A new opportunity has become available for HR Advisors and Senior HR Advisors across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to join our highly engaged and collaborative Human Resources team for a 9-month fixed-term contract. We’re interested to hear from energetic, enthusiastic and passionate HR professionals.

You will have the opportunity to-
  • Work collaboratively with other HR team members on exciting HR projects at a national and global level;
  • Advise managers and employees on local HR/ER matters and confidently provide recommendations;
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to deliver HR strategies at the frontline;
  • Contribute to employee retention, a diverse and inclusive workforce, and increasing engagement; and
  • Generalist HR tasks such as employee onboarding, performance development, safety and wellness advocating, supporting employee exits and metrics/reporting in conjunction with Shared Services.

You will come to us with-
  • Experience in the professional services or engineering sectors;
  • A relevant tertiary qualification;
  • Familiarity with IR and ER matters and relevant legislation;
  • Exceptional communication, relationship building and influencing skills; and
  • Ideal experience could include performance management, policies and procedures, enabling mobility processes, salary review process, workshop facilitation or health and wellbeing.
