About the role:
This is a newly created opportunity for an administrator who enjoys a high-volume workload, and who loves to provide exceptional service, to join our team on a six-month contract to help us during a very busy time.

Our team prides itself on providing service and value to our stakeholders, and you’ll be the type of person who naturally wants to do the same. We support a number of brands (including Repco, our most familiar brand), along with our support offices across Australia and New Zealand. In this role you’ll be providing admin support to our Recruitment Administrator, and the wider recruitment team.

Duties may include:
Contacting stakeholders to confirm recruitment details
Posting job ads
Candidate application screening
Reference checking
Completing administration tasks for our casual hires
Data base management
Electronic filing
Other ad hoc duties

Working closely with our Recruitment Administrator and Recruiters, you will play an important role in ensuring top talent is sourced in a timely, professional, streamlined manner, along with helping the team to achieve impressive results and adding value every step of the way.

You have strong administration skills (recruitment team exposure and/or retail experience will be an advantage)
