The Role

It is an exciting time to join the HR team as we continue along our journey of ongoing expansion, change, and transformation. We are currently searching for an experienced Reward Specialist to join our collaborative HR team based in our head office in Melbourne CBD.

Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will support global remuneration and benefits activities such as compensation (including superannuation), market remuneration benchmarking, remuneration reviews, and the broader benefits offering.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice and support stakeholders on remuneration issues
Conduct job grading evaluations and salary benchmarking to make remuneration strategy recommendations.
Manage survey submissions, benefit and HR design surveys and vendor relations
Lead the salary, bonus, pension and benefits are benchmarking across the region using multiple data sources and analyse the findings
Support Merger and Acquisition activity, including the delivery of HRIS, payroll and other benefit programme integration.
Lead remuneration governance through Position Management in SuccessFactors
Support the delivery and governance of the global annual salary and bonus review including undertaking data review and set up, managing the compensation module in SuccessFactors communications to and training of People Leaders
Deliver annual budget and analysis of people costs
Manage global recognition program and employee benefits across the Ixom group
Provide ad hoc reports as required for various stakeholders including Senior Management team

Skills & Experience

Degree qualified in Human Resources or business-related qualification
Extensive remuneration & compensation experience, preferably within a large, fast-paced business that operates globally
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and provide fast and cost-effective solutions
Proven stakeholder engagement navigating change and complexity within the areas of remuneration
Advanced numerical, data (MS Excel) and analytical skills, coupled with the ability to execute that analysis through excellent written and verbal communication
Previous experience working with complex cloud based HRIS system is desirable
A wealth of experience in prioritising and working within tight timeframes, whilst delivering project milestones
The ability to exercise a high degree of flexibility in your require role to take on additional tasks, critical to business success

Ability to interact & influence effectively at all levels within an organisation
