A day in the life:
The People Success Advisor has overall responsibility for the efficient operation of all people processes, maintenance of people systems and information, and provides first line people advisory support to the business. You will be able to continuously improve our internal operations and service delivery to users for a seamless, efficient and awesome people experience!! We have a small team so there will be lots of variety! From daily administration duties to supporting new and exciting people projects (ssshhhh - we have some industry-leading people perks driven out of the team).

You will report into the GM, People Solutions, and deliver across 3 key areas;

People Systems, Data & Reporting
  • Ensure all people systems and data is maintained diligently and accurately
  • Be the super user for all HR systems, ensuring they are meeting business requirements
  • Main point of contact for all systems related needs for employee onboarding, offboarding and job changes to ensure integrity of data and HR system related integrations
  • Ensuring the right people data is captured to provide meaningful metrics and insights to the business
People & Process
  • Continuously improve people processes and service delivery to users for a seamless, efficient and enjoyable people experience for employees and people leaders
  • Bring fresh ideas and insights to inform how people processes need to relentlessly innovate and create an optimal people experience
  • Provide accurate advice regarding PEXA’s policies, people processes and systems with escalation to relevant SME when required
Payroll, Remuneration & Risk
  • Be the main point of contact between Payroll and PX team regarding day to day payroll matters, including childcare allowance and monthly payroll process
  • Support the annual performance cycle including the remuneration review process
  • Effectively and efficiently identify and manage the risks, controls and dependencies within our people processes in consultation with Governance, Risk and Compliance SME’s when appropriate
On day one we’d love you to have:
Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources management
HR Advisory experience preferred
Previous experience using and implementing HR systems
Demonstrated experience in identifying and executing process improvement opportunities
A passion for creating a great people experience
Experience in people data and insights
A natural curiosity to learn more, proactively finding the information you need and striving for continuous improvement
A can-do, positive attitude with a strong service orientation
Strong attention to detail with a compliance mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective inter-departmental and organisational relationships
