We provide business & people management consulting solutions to different businesses.
We are looking for an agency side Recruitment Consultant to do either a 360 degree role or possibly even a candidate manager / resourcer / headhunter style role without the business development if that is of interest.
TPN has a unique model and some awesome clients who we want to deliver great results for!

As a 360 degree agency side Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for a specific division/sector and as the name suggests, deliver a full 360 degree function encompassing business development, concept and solutions sales, market mapping and candidate generation. You will support your clients from an initial job brief right through the recruitment life cycle and offer a range of services both pre and post placement of great candidates. You will build on exisiting relationships and also develop strong loyal and long lasting relationships yourself and solidify yourself as an integral part of your client's resourcing processes as well as TPN!

The main function of a Candidate Management / Resourcing / Talent Acquisition role is where you will be required to advertise, headhunt and market the large volume of vacancies across a broad range of job functions. You will work with whoever is driving the BD aspect to develop a solid brief of the requirements and you will hit the market with enthusiasm and passion to source enough quality candidates to submit impressive shortlists. You will also coordinate interview/screening process, conduct reference checks and work to ensure placement and onboarding processes are awesome.

Both roles: You will be able to split your time between our office in Ultimo, maybe even seconded into our clients office sometimes and even do some work from home too if that appeals. 

Both roles require candidate generation/management where you will network, talent pool, track and chase a variety of candidates for different roles predominantly in the construction, property, development and engineering sectors.

You will develop long lists/shortlists of thoroughly screened and completely engaged candidates to support our external and in-house clients as well as your other colleagues. 
For those who have some people management skills, (or interested in developing these) there will be an opportunity to take on some operational support functions as well both with TPN directly and with the Senior Leadership Team of your in-house client.

Are an experienced Recruiter, Candidate Manager, Talent Acquisition style individual who works with a sense of urgency, high attention to detail/accuracy and you are happy to make high volumes of headhunt calls to tap into different candidate networks.
Have strong systems, admin & IT skills and proactively chase info/people.
You are hungry for a win and will take a brief and run with it to ensure you deliver a great outcome in a fast time frame.
Are a people person who loves being on the phone growing your network.

In a perfect world, you are familiar with white collar construction or a relevant technical or trade sector experience and have a solid network to leverage from.
