About your new role:
Reporting to the HR Manager SACARE is currently seeking a full time Recruitment Coordinator superstar to join the team. The Recruitment Coordinator will collaborate with management to build a sustainable workforce through the attraction, recruitment and on-boarding of top talent in all roles across the organisation to fulfil its strategic objectives. This will be achieved by employing a range of proactive sourcing methods, including hosting or participating in career events & Industry Expos.

In addition to the effective recruitment of a variety of interesting and challenging roles, the successful person will have sound knowledge in Human Resource practice

About you:

  • Minimum 3 years of Recruitment experience
  • Certificate IV in Human Resources
  • Understanding of, and ability to interpret legislation and other industrial instruments relevant to the Disability and Community Services sectors. 
  • Experience in the delivery of quality recruitment solutions for short-term and permanent business requirements. 
  • End-to-end recruitment
  • Sourcing candidates, advert writing, phone screening
  • Representing SACARE at employment/career expos
  • Demonstrate excellent ability to effectively operate in highly regulated and compliance driven environment.
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders for recruitment purposes
  • Provide assistance to the Human Resources Manager in the regular review, revision and development of documents and processes in accordance with the continuous improvement commitment.

Applicants must also hold (or be willing to obtain) current NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check, an unrestricted SA Driver’s License and demonstrate a willingness to complete any mandatory training as required. 

This role will be predominately based at our Head Office in Broadview, however some intrastate travel maybe required to effectively provide.
