About the Role

As a Recruitment Business Partner you will be part of a Global team working on site to partner with your local stakeholders. You will build excellent relationships to ensure the recruitment processes run smoothly. As a subject matter expert, you will be on hand to provide your recruitment expertise as well as training when required. Your day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Partnering directly with hiring managers, maintaining consistent communication and updates as a liaison between both parties
  • Ensuring compliance and quality requirements are met and in-line with company and client service level agreements
  • Consistently providing an outstanding candidate and worker experience
  • Developing new business opportunities from your excellent stakeholder relationships with the client
  • Continuously developing and improving the service provided
  • Being the go-to person for all key stakeholders within the client for any and all enquiries

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in recruitment with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the temporary labour industry. You will have a real passion for building and maintaining relationships. From your previous experience you will display the following skills and attributes:
  • A knowledge of the Staffing Industry, Managed Service Providers, Vendor Management Systems, Procurement and Human Resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven experience building and managing multiple key stakeholder relationships
  • The ability to influence people, sell ideas and concepts and gain commitment, negotiating effectively along the way
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service delivery
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (ideally Power BI) is desirable

A background in either agency or internal IT recruitment will really grab our attention. Experience with Fieldglass would be highly beneficial but not essential.
