HR Manager


OpenOpen is a prop tech startup well-positioned to transform the real estate industry with innovative new products. Well-resourced and led by a team with significant entrepreneurial and industry experience, the business provides an opportunity to join the founding team of a technology start up and have an impact on the product and business strategy.


We're looking for a HR Manager who can support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organisation on strategic initiatives. You will maintain and enhance the organisation’s people capability by planning, implementing and evaluating human resources policies, programs and practices.


Working with our local and remote Leadership, Product, Development and Marketing teams, you will play a critical role in supporting the business’s rapid growth through people and culture.


Responsibilities


● Coordination of recruitment and onboarding new hires

● Setting, monitoring and managing team KPIs and supporting team performance management

● Management of payroll, learning and development, and employee benefits programs

● Developing and growing workplace and team culture

Requirements


● Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

● 3+ years experience in Human Resources

● Mandarin speaker preferred

● Expert experience in recruitment and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies

● Demonstrated experience in training managers and employees

● Strong organisational, critical thinking and communications skills

● An interest in joining a founding team and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and be nimble towards changes
