Roy Hill’s People team is seeking an Employee Experience Advisor to join the team in a Full Time or Part time Role (30hrs). Reporting tothe Senior Advisor Employee Experience, your role will see you engage, partner and consult with your business leaders guiding them across a variety of workplace relation enquires or requirements. Your passion for supporting others will see you guide our business objectives in alignment with our people goals.

Accountabilities include but not limited to: -


  • Building strong relations through effective business partnering with your leaders to achieve shared Roy Hill objectives
  • Providing full HR generalist support including workforce planning, employee relations and Talent management, development and succession planning
  • Coaching, Mentoring, and providing advisory support to both leaders and employee’s

For you to achieve outstanding results in this position, your experience may include the following: -


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • Coaching and influencing skills that are used to empower and mentor leaders and employees at all levels within the business
  • Demonstrated skills in case management, handling confidential issues such as performance management and grievance resolution
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation inclusive of State and Federal Employment legislation
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and challenges
