A day in the life


As the Organisational Capability and Learning (OCL) Coordinator reporting to the OCL Implementation Lead, you will provide accurate, timely and efficient support to internal customers across RACV and within the OCL team. You will maintain the administration and coordination of learning events and other activities conducted by the OCL teams.


Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Coordinating participant registrations and attendance in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Recording and maintaining accuracy of learning records (particularly in relation to compliance)
  • Organising course materials, room bookings, catering, equipment and evaluations
  • Coordinating and scheduling learning initiatives including maintaining a calendar of upcoming sessions
  • Liaising with internal and external learning providers
  • Managing the learning team email inboxes and OCL meetings
  • Maintenance of RACV’s LMS
  • Invoice payment processing

  • Coordination experience in a corporate environment 
  • Customer service focus with strong interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft suite skills, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry and keyboard skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
