About the position

Reporting to the Head of Talent & Capability (HTC), this role will be responsible for ensuring Moula is well positioned to meet our strategic goals by attracting the best and brightest talent. This role will be responsible for all end to end recruitment activities for the organisation from creating position descriptions, advertising, sourcing candidates, selecting, interviewing, creating offer documents, through to onboarding.

This role will be responsible for identifying processes to manage Moula’s talent pipeline efficiently and effectively along with developing new talent attraction strategies

This is a recruitment role that will allow you to consult with hiring managers across the business, making hiring recommendations, support events and build a strategy to hire amazing people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end to end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles across the business
  • Effectively source candidates through multiple avenues whilst championing the candidate experience
  • In conjunction with the HTC, oversee the recruitment function for the business ensuring recruitment activities are delivered to strategy and budget
  • Act as a talent advisor to the hiring managers; driving alignment, stakeholder engagement and encouraging best practice across the hiring process
  • Contribute to maintaining and improving the culture of Moula through recruitment 
  • Track and report on critical requirement data, producing regular and ad-hoc metrics and reports as required

What you will bring 

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment role, with the ability to recruit across a mix of technical disciplines and levels of seniority
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) including consultation, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to deal with confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with managers and employees
  • Experienced user of applicant tracking systems and/or Seek/ LinkedIn
  • Ability to exercise effective judgement, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations within the business
  • An appropriate HR degree level qualification highly regarded
  • A minimum 5 years’ experience in a mid-level to senior recruitment role
