We have a full-time permanent position based in Blackburn or Redfern (with working from home options) for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC) to proactively engage and apply contemporary talent strategies to build sustainable and diverse talent communities.

Your TSA journey within a growing Talent Group and tasked with delivering on end to end talent management.


You will successfully champion:

  • Strategic and creative sourcing channels and talent pipelines
  • Coaching and supporting hiring managers in recruitment activity
  • Providing project leadership of recruitment campaigns
  • Partnering closely with Human Resources Business Partners and other members of the Human Resources Team on projects as necessary
  • Talent sourcing strategy is inclusive and attracts a diverse range of candidates
  • Candidate experience is optimal for recruitment and on-boarding processes
  • Delivering and aligning TSA Talent Strategy and Talent Plans with organisational requirements
  • Your experience will include:
  • Strong recruiting background Corporate/Agency/In house
  • Proven passive recruiting experience either in an agency or recruitment outsourcing environment
  • Relevant project management and implementation skills
