Overview Of The Work

As a Human Resources Advisor, you are involved in the entire hiring process. You take part in selecting and reviewing the applications received, performing interviews and onboarding of employees as well as the daily routines of various HR processes. You will participate and assist to organize recruitment events such as job fairs to find the best talent. You will advise and support management in their various issues (disciplinary management, management of absence and working conditions) while providing administrative support for various files.

Candidate Profile

  • You have completed diploma or certification in human resources or equivalent experience.
  • You have 2 - 3 years experience in an HR environment.
  • You have a strong interest in recruitment.
  • You are a committed person and have the well-being of people at heart.
  • You are rigorous and you know how to manage your priorities.
  • You have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • You have experience in Office 365, Powerpoint, etc.
  • You have knowledge of written and spoken French (an asset).
