Location: WPP AUNZ has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Perth.

Salary: $80,000 - $115,000


This position is a member of the Sydney Leadership Team (SLT), involved in setting the business agenda for the Sydney office. Effectively builds strong relationships within the SLT and acts as a strategic partner and consult, challaneging them and providing insightful, innovative thinking and problem solving on critical people issues. 

The Business People Partner (BPP) role is a business facing consultative HR professional role that requires strong commercial and HR expertise. 


This position is responsible for providing people insights and solutions in line with business objectives and challenging business leaders on all strategic people-related matters. A key driver of operational and advisory HR across the business, problem solving on critical people issues and providing effective and efficient delivery of employment relations, performance management, and reward, as well as dedicated expertise in the planning and implementation of effective organisational design and development and change management.


Supporting the Director of People, this role will develop and drive/deliver innovative people initiatives that will complement and mirror the current and future strategic business objectives of Ikon Communications and WPP AUNZ, and deliver both personal and organisational improvements in performance.
