Loan Market - Darwin, NT

HR & Recruitment
Source: uWorkin

JOB DESCRIPTION

At Loan Market, we believe that brokers are transitioning to be the trusted advisers of the community. Advisers who can form long-term relationships with their clients and have the ability to assist with all their finance needs.

As broker share of market continues to increase, the opportunity and challenge will be aligning great brokers with a consistent client experience, brand and technology that makes it easier to do business.

Loan Market is entirely family-owned (not owned by a bank), and our vision is to be the most trusted brand in financial services, but our purpose is to grow outstanding businesses that empower customers to make better financial decisions.

A salaried plus commission role is available and the Business Owners are looking for:

  • Ambitious and dedicated team player with a can-do attitude.
  • A high level of professionalism at all times
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills enabling the candidate to deal effectively with the business partners and clients
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure and volume environment
  • Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly (Microsoft Office and Google Platform)
  • Highly organized and motivated
  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative

Whilst experience as a mortgage broker or banker is preferred, it's not essential as the team will support your learning and growth - and a lack of leads and opportunities will not be a problem.

You will also have access to industry-leading systems, broker support and compliance as well as intensive training and coaching as follows:

  • Loan Market Way – the 'how to' of broking to ensure you are ready for the introduction of Best Interests Duty.
  • Individual and group coaching sessions and ongoing support.
  • Digital training platform, webinars and hangouts.

If you would like more information about how working with Loan Market could be right for you, simply click on the "Apply Now" button and fill in your contact details along with the information requested about your previous experience in the "Recent Work" & "Education" sections.
